Dear hiring committee,
The past two years of being in Eta Ota, Delta Gamma, has been the most transformational
experience for me. My time on junior CMT provided me with tremendous opportunities to grow
my experience and knowledge for giving away my time.
One of my biggest passions outside of my academics and being a part of junior CMT was
leading sports clinics in the organization I am in, Next Play. This role provided me with integral
transferable skills for the Even Coordinator role including recruitment of new members, building
and maintaining relationships with other clubs and organizations, planning a set schedule for a
full day for the clinics, and planning out dates for upcoming events/clinics.
I am very excited by this Event Coordinator role because I know my experiences with Delta
Gamma and extracurricular activities have prepared me to start a full-time position where
organization, strong communication, and performance management are key skills to success.
Attached, please find my resume for your review. I look forward to hopefully being chosen for
an interview. In closing, thank you for your time and consideration of my candidacy.
Sincerely,
Gianna Voltattorni
